Yantai/October 27th, 2016/Jereh announced that five sets of compressor units designed and manufactured by Jereh had been shipped to Algeria. This is the first time for the Chinese manufacturer to provide sets of oil & gas equipment for the national oil and gas company, which is of great significance for China's energy companies to further explore the North African oil and gas market.

The five sets of 1253 kW gas engine-driven compressors will support a gas boosting project at Block 405B in Berkine Basine of Algeria by SONATRACH-FCP.

"We have more than ten years of experience on high-end compressor packaging and designing. By now, about 100 sets of non-standard compressors have been delivered for different applications. For the African market, we have had presence in Nigeria and Gabon already. Together with the high-quality pressure vessel design, manufacturing capacity, we as well as Made In China are recognized and win the order.” said Mr. Xiuqiang Song, the R&D engineer of this project.

The oil & gas development and utilization projects have high requirements on assessment, investment, designing and execution etc. And Chinese private enterprises only play the role of equipment suppliers by their quality and machining capacity in the entire project.
