On August 14th, 2015, Jereh Group signs into  strategic partnership with CNOOC Energy Technology & Services Limited, a branch of CNOOC. The Agreement signed in Beijing will see the 2 sides further cooperate in business such as EPC contracting, sales & application of downhole tools, manufacturing of modular offshore equipment, oilfield waste management.

Cooperation between Jereh and CNOON dates back to 2008 and since then it has been expanding into well drilling & completion equipment, downhole tools and waste management. Under the One Belt and One Road Policy, a MOU were signed between the two this June to boost the bilateral business growth and industrial knowledge exchange. With Jereh's expanding global footprint and CNOOC's leading advantage in the industry, the latest Agreement is expected to promote both sides' global impact and competitiveness by making the best of both sides and actively carrying out global cooperation on production capacity.
